I am passionate about partnering with you to learn how to build healthier relationships with food and your body. My work focuses on targeting ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs around food from a Health at Every Size approach. I use a relational approach to therapy and partner with you in identifying your needs, ineffective behaviors or beliefs, and help you transform your life.
